PEARL EFFECT DYES These dyes are water insoluble pigments that thanks to their new composition make it possible to obtain pearl effects on all foodstuff that can be coated (candies) or that are composed by a transparent mass (jellies). They can be used alone or in combination with traditional single dyes in order to obtain personalized effects. They are composed by titanium dioxide, oxides and a silicate.
