FOOD LAKES
Food lakes are produced from high purity sinthetic organic dyes and transformed in lakes through
chemical processing.This permits to use the product to colour fat basis food by dispersion.
They are very fine powders that can be mixed together to obtain personalized hues.
They are regulated by EC 95/45, their purity is from 20% to 27%. Shelf life is 5 years.
